Reservation policy:

· Arrival time: 14: 00hrs - 22: 00hrs.
· Departure time: 12: 00hrs.
· Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability on the corresponding day, which will be reconfirmed with the office staff.
· An extra will be charged for early check-in from 07:00 to 12:00 and late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00. · The room not occupied before 22:00 hours, will be taken as NO SHOW unless prior arrangements have been made.
· For children between the ages of 3 and 9, they will be charged $ 15.
· In case of more than one child per room, the second is between the ages of 3 to 9 years, it will be considered an adult.
· Children 10 years and older are considered adults.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy / No Show: Once the reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of any cancellation or modification of the reservation at least 8 days before arrival for individual bookings and two weeks before for group bookings.
In case of not informing the hotel, 1 night stay will be charged.
